Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know
Is TheFoodAccess.com free?
Yes. Everything on this site is free to use — meal planner, pizza, fries, burgers, desserts. No account, no sign-up, no email required. The only paid feature is the calendar download for the meal planner.
Do I need an account?
No. You don't need an account to use anything on this site. You only provide an email when making a purchase, for your order confirmation.
How does the meal plan calendar download work?
After purchasing a calendar plan you're taken to a download page where you pick your meal times. Tap Add to Calendar and your phone imports every meal automatically with reminders built in. Works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook.
Can I swap meals I don't like?
Yes. Every meal in your plan has a swap button showing alternatives in the same category. Pick one and it replaces the meal. Re-download your calendar after swapping to get the updated schedule.
Are refunds available?
All sales are final. Calendar files are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned. If you have a technical issue email info@thefoodaccess.com and we'll make it right.
Are the recipes accurate?
Our recipes are AI-generated based on real culinary knowledge. They're a solid starting point but may need small adjustments depending on your oven, ingredients, or taste. Always use your own judgment.
Do your recipes account for food allergies?
Our third-party recommendations and tools may not accurately filter for allergens. Always verify every ingredient yourself before preparing or consuming any recipe — including any AI-generated content. Food allergies can be life-threatening. See our Disclaimer.
Is the content really AI-generated?
Yes, and we're upfront about it. Our recipes and meal plans are generated by AI algorithms. That's what lets us offer thousands of combinations for free. Always cook with your own judgment.
What are the Amazon links for?
When we suggest equipment — a pizza stone, air fryer, waffle cutter, stand mixer — we link to Amazon so you can shop directly. These are affiliate links meaning we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
What do the YouTube links do?
YouTube links open a search for tutorial videos related to the technique. We don't produce or control the videos — use them as a visual guide alongside the recipe.
I found an error in a recipe. What should I do?
Email info@thefoodaccess.com with the details. We take accuracy seriously and will fix issues quickly.
How do I contact you?
